Stefan Pfrommer - CEO
Stefan Pfrommer has known Renata for many years. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions in various areas such as development, business development, and international industrial sales before taking on the role of CEO.
Stefan Pfrommer holds a degree in electrical engineering. His core competencies include project and technical management as well as SME leadership in the electrical engineering sector. Thanks to his many years of leadership experience, he remains composed even in hectic situations and leads the company with a sustainable approach.
Jürgen Ruther –
Head of OEM Sales & Business Development
Jürgen Ruther has been Head of OEM Sales & Business Development and a member of the management board at Renata since July 2018. He has proven expertise and leadership experience in international sales of industrial products.
After completing his studies in telecommunications engineering, Jürgen Ruther started directly in sales within the distribution environment. He has held various business unit management positions in the electrical industry. With his knowledge, he contributes to process optimization and the development of sales structures as well as other organizational units.
Lionella Appel – CFO
Lionella Appel has been with Renata since January 2009. She started her career as a controller.
In 2012 she was promoted to CFO and at the same time became a member of the Executive Board.
She is responsible for Finance, Controlling, IT and Facility Management.
Naser Berisha – COO
Naser Berisha has been with Renata since november 2025.
He is responsible for the Production (Silver and Lithium), Projects, Supply Chain Management, R&D, Quality, Process Engineering, Maintenance and Construction.
Karen Bruttel – Head of HR
Karen Bruttel has been working at Renata since August 2024.
She is responsible for the HR and Central Services departments.
Daniela Mancino Püntener – Head of Consumer Sales, Marketing & Services
Daniela Mancino has been working at Renata since February 2023.
She is responsible for the Consumer Sales, Sales Administration Service, Logistics, Compliance and Marketing departments.
